At NoiseWrap, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience—including fast, reliable, and transparent shipping. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.
1. Order Processing Times
All of our vinyl skins are made-to-order, ensuring that each product is crafted with care. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the creation and preparation of your order before it ships. Processing times may vary depending on order volume or during peak periods (such as holidays or promotional events).
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a trusted carrier. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally fall within the following estimated timeframes:

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer standard shipping rates designed to be fair and transparent for all regions.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders (outside of the European Union) may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other local charges. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand any additional charges that may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control—such as customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.
NoiseWrap is not liable for such delays, but we will support you in tracking and resolving any issues.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete information. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately at contact@noisewrap.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
8. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to pick up, we will attempt to contact you.
You may choose to:

Have the item reshipped (you will be responsible for new shipping costs), or

Receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs and any return postage fees we incurred).
If we do not receive a response within 14 days of return, the order will be considered abandoned, and no further action will be taken unless requested by you.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at contact@noisewrap.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
