Refund policy

At NoiseWrap, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unapplied or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through contact form. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address, along with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized vinyl skins).
- Digital items (such as downloadable files).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations. Please note, this does not apply to custom or personalized products, such as our custom vinyl skins. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
